How can I fix this Grade 8 grad dress? - how to turn a skirt into a bubble skirt
I bought the dress before I really knew if I wanted to or not. I do not like it and order a new I can not. I take to the tailor and transform them into something that I love. I was thinking about removing some layers and make a bubble skirt. Other ideas?
